Job Description

The B2B Marketing Executive is a key member of our Marketing Team. Spanish Point is one of Ireland’s leading and most innovative Microsoft Partners. We are a Gold Certified Microsoft partner that provides end to end digital transformation solutions to many local Irish and international customer projects across a range of commercial and public sector organisations. We also provide a cloud-based solution for the global music industry for copyright and royalty management. We are going through a period of growth and are looking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join our expanding the marketing team. Within this role you will assist and support the team in the development, implementation and reporting of marketing activities of strategic traditional and digital marketing campaigns. The role is extremely varied, spanning a wide range of activities.

Responsibilities

  • Support and assist in the formulation and implementation of the integrated marketing plan.
  • Liaise and build relationship with Microsoft and internal stakeholder.
  • Effectively project manage assigned marketing campaigns from planning through to tracking and reporting on ROI.
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation activities through cross-channel marketing.
  • Assist in planning, managing, and executing events. Liaising with key vendors to support campaign and event execution if needed.
  • Manage and update content of the company website.
  • Utilise marketing automation tools for optimizing marketing communication.
  • Manage and optimise social media platforms identifying strategies to grow reach
  • Manage the production of marketing communications and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines including writing, editing and proofreading copy, briefing and directing designers, copywriters, etc.
  • Promote adherence to brand guidelines; police, format and print branded documents prepared by non-marketing colleagues.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all Spanish Point products and services
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as required.

Minimum experience required

Qualifications/ Competencies

  • Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
  • A knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack is a distinct advantage.
  • Previous exposure to/experience of IT a distinct advantage
  • Possess a strong understanding of marketing concepts, strategy and best practice across platforms, in particular those relevant to a B2B environment
  • Proficient in the use of social media tools – LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google.
  • Must be fully proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and E-mail applications.
  • Candidates should be tech savvy, have excellent time management skills, be a self-starter and be focused on delivering results.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask and in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
