Microsoft Azure Support and Managed Services

We provide managed services and support for IaaS and PaaS Azure configurations. We successfully support complex high performance/high availability Azure environments and hybrid cloud solutions.

Azure Support
Our Azure support services provide a "break/fix" SLA with access to our Azure help desk engineers, committed response times, issue tracking and resolution reports.  With an Azure support SLA from Spanish Point, you can be confident that if an issue arises with your Azure environment, you will have access to Microsoft certified engineers, backed up by senior Azure consultants and if necessary our Microsoft Premier support agreement. With our commitment to "work till fixed" on priority one issues, you can be assured that we are as invested in resolving the issue as you.

Azure Managed Services
Our Azure managed services provides for the on-going management, daily monitoring, regular health checks, backup management, preventative maintenance and break fix support of your Azure environment.

On-boarding
We provide managed services and support for Spanish Point designed and deployed Azure environments, customer designed and deployed Azure environments and 3rd party designed and deployed Azure environments. We have an engineering approach to 3rd party system on-boarding that includes:

 - Initial System Review and Assessment

 - Patching, issue resolution and bug fixing

 - Knowledge Base creation

 - Development, UAT and Pre-Production environments

 - Agreed release policy

 - On Board to Managed Service & Support.
