What You’ll Do

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-growth area within Spanish Point, working directly with customers to support their cloud transformation and commercial success.

As a Graduate Sales Executive, you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to solution alignment and deal closure. Your role will involve engaging with technical and business stakeholders, understanding their goals, and positioning Spanish Point’s services and Microsoft technologies as the engine behind their innovation.

The role requires developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, that includes building relationships with executives at the C-level (e.g. CIO) as well as other Business and Technical Decision Makers within the customers’ organisations. The key to success in this role is excellent communication and organisational skills. The Graduate Sales Executive needs to effectively leverage all the digital tools available and orchestrate with other members of the team to address customer needs and requirements.

We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with intuition for business and natural sales instincts. You should be a self-starter and have a collaborative work style with the ability to thrive in a demanding work environment.

Full training and support will be provided to get you up to speed.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, delivering a strong first impression and initiating long-term, strategic partnerships.
  • Identify customer needs across product, architecture, and go-to-market strategy, presenting tailored Microsoft cloud solutions and Spanish Point services that enable their growth.
  • Drive pipeline growth through proactive prospecting, engagement, and opportunity qualification.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle—from discovery to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders, articulating how Spanish Point and Microsoft can support their product and business roadmap.
  • Collaborate closely with internal solution architects and delivery teams to co-create compelling value propositions and customized solution proposals.
  • Manage opportunities effectively using CRM tools, maintaining pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasting, and consistent execution against targets.
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft ISV programs, Azure offerings, and partner incentives to maximize value for your customers.
  • Represent Spanish Point at Microsoft and industry events, engaging with ISVs and raising visibility in the ecosystem.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English. Applicants are required that their native language is English.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills. Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for learning.
  • A growth mindset, always wanting to learn and improve, and a strong desire to build a career in technology sales.
