June 18th 2015 – Spanish Point Technologies is proud to announce that it has attained a Gold Cloud Platform Competency presented to them by Microsoft Corporation.
The Cloud Platform Competency is designed specifically for partners who build, integrate, and/or extend Windows-based application and infrastructure solutions in the Cloud using the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. The Cloud Platform Competency enables Spanish Point to capitalize on the growing demand for infrastructure and software as a service solutions built on Microsoft Azure, providing businesses with additional support and incentives as they grow their business.
Microsoft Gold Compentencies are awarded following a detailed certification procedure, partners must successfully complete exams to prove their level of technology expertise, and then designate these certified professionals uniquely to one Microsoft competency, ensuring a certain level of staffing capacity. Partners must submit customer references that demonstrate successful projects meet a revenue commitment (for most Gold Competencies), and pass technology and/or sales assessments.
